HOW TO NAVIGATE YOUR GALLERY
After your session with Saaty Photography, you will receive an email with a link to your PASS gallery. This link can be used to download and share all of your amazing images with your best friends, family, and the world. Check out the images and instructions below!

Ready to use your PASS gallery?!?!
When the gallery, scroll down and you’ll see something like the image below:
LOG IN:
If you have not already created an account you’ll need to sign up. If you have logged in successfully, you will see your name underneath “Account.”
VIEWING:
The images that you see when the gallery first shows up are the first collection of images! Just click on the 3 horizontal lines again to access the menu and select a different collection to view. Sometimes you’ll see multiple galleries in your one line. Just click on the desired collection and it will open in the gallery area.
If you want to view your images one at a time, just click on an image and it will expand to fill the screen. To get back to the full gallery, click on the arrow in the top left corner of the screen, or click on the faded arrows on the left or right of the image to scroll through each of your images in this larger format.
SHARING YOUR IMAGES & FAVORITES
Once logged in, you can mark your favorites or share them to your favorite social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest or email them. When you click on an image and it expands, you will also see a new menu slide out from the right hand of the screen. If you want to, you can click on the plus sign to expand the menu so you can see what each of the buttons actually means.
DOWNLOADING YOUR IMAGES
You must be logged in to download your photos. You can download one at a time OR you can download all at once. To do so, from the main gallery, click on the arrow pointing down to a horizontal line in the top menu. You will see the option download photos. Click and it will pop up with a couple options. You can click the collection you want to download or if you favorited photos you can choose to only download your favorites. Once you have decided, press start download. Pass will then package your images which it will send a download link to your email or you can wait for the zip file download link. You can also download one picture at a time by clicking on a single image and clicking the download button.

WHY CAN’T I DOWNLOAD?
If you are having trouble downloading, please first try clicking the Menu icon at the top left of the gallery and login. Then try the Download option again. If you continue having trouble downloading, I may have setup your special access under a different email address. Please let me know the email you are using to login and ask them to check that access is setup for that email.
SMARTPHONE/TABLET ACCESS
One of the best features of pass is you are able to have your pictures ready to pull up and show off wherever you go. To view your gallery on your phone, open the same link from above in Safari (iPhone or iPad) or in your Android browser, and you’ll be able to add your gallery to your homepage on your phone.
CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PHOTOS TO MY MOBILE DEVICE?
If you have a smartphone or a tablet, you know what a pain it is to transfer photos over to your device. If you have a PASS gallery, you can download the PASS app from the app store. Just type in PASS and it should be the first one that shows up. Then just log in and you should see a screen with your gallery. If you click on the gallery, you will see the different collections, and from there you can click on each image individually. When you click the image of the arrow, it saves the image straight to your photo roll with all of your other photos!
MOBILE BROWSER
The web gallery is available for viewing on all mobile devices. Some devices support individual image downloading, but most mobile devices will not be able to download all photos at once.
IOS
Download PASS for iOS
We have a PASS App available from the App Store to view and save images to your mobile device. Note: You must be logged in to view an event.Once you download the app, you can download individual photos by tapping the + button when viewing them and tapping Download. This will save them in the Photos app. The Download All option is not supported on iOS.
ANDROID
Android devices can save single images to the system’s Gallery app. You can download an image by tapping the + when viewing it and then tapping Download. Android also has a Download AllPASS optimizes photos to keep them portable, but also high resolution. When you download an image, it will be 4000 pixels on the longest edge and will print up to a 30×40 poster sized print, and an even larger canvas print. Typical file size is 600KB – 2MB depending on the brightness and detail of the image.
MY GALLERY WILL NOT LOAD OR LET ME LOG IN
TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER
Please try a different web browser to see if your problem persists. Here are some common browsers to try: Google Chrome, Firefox & Safari(mac).
BUSINESS INTERNET CONNECTION BLOCKING GALLERY
If you are on a business internet connection it may have a firewall blocking some of the public services from Google and Facebook that we use for loading the images and logging into the gallery. Please try connecting from home or another internet connection.
FIREWALL SOFTWARE BLOCKING GALLERY
If you have a firewall software like Symantec Norton it may be blocking the full loading of that gallery. Try temporarily disabling the firewall to see if the gallery loads. If so, please add that website to the allowed list within the firewall settings to get it loading. If you have a mobile phone you can try loading the gallery with your Wifi turned OFF to see if it’s only a problem on your home internet connection.
F.A.Q. WITH ORDERING PRINTS
HOW CAN I CHECK MY PRINT ORDER STATUS?
After a print order is placed you will receive an email receipt and the order will be sent to processing. Once the photos have been printed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email. For Economy Shipping, please allow 10 business days for delivery.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER
Order confirmation emails will come from noreply@pass.us. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please chat with us.
CAN I CANCEL A PRINT ORDER?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately submitted to the print lab and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you noticed that your shipping address was incorrect please immediately contact support using the links at the bottom of this page. Prints are typically shipped within a few hours on business days.
